Welcome to the Waltham Forest Federated GP Network
WF GP FedNet is a collaboration of Primary Care and partner stakeholders to provide high quality NHS care our patients, at scale, throughout Waltham Forest.
As an organisation we subscribe to the place based Health and Well Being Strategy for Waltham Forest and aim toprovide more services closer to our patients whilst helping to support residents leading active and healthy lives.
As a GP Federation our remit is to share responsibility for delivering high quality, patient-focussed services to Waltham Forest.
This can include developing services specifically to suit local needs and submitting bids to deliver services which are already part of primary care services, or may be delivered in the future.
GP Federations improve service integration between practices and providers which improves the quality and safety of services for all our users. This model, supported in NHS England's Five Year Forward View, provides opportunities for practices to come together to explore new, innovative ways of delivering Primary Care at scale to the borough.
